Scott's Eaten Alive

A while back I mentioned a bootleg of Diana Ross’s Eaten Alive that I had heard at one of my more dodgier haunts – I finally got round to asking the DJ where he got the tune, and it turns out the bootleg has been produced by one of the London scene regulars Scott Houzet.

In the cold light of day, I’m still loving the Eaten Alive mix – surely this is good enough for a proper release?

You can get more info and more remixes from his myspace.

wow. this could be big. with the camp + shock factor of a electrofied diana sample, this would be smashing. tho i foresee cooler clubs picking this up first. i'd totally hit this.

i always hated the original mix of this, but *KNEW* if someone got a hold of and looped the chorus.. and 20 yrs later, Scott did. Brave. And Bravo!

check out the Dance Disciples vs Diana Ross remix of Love Child just as fabulous if not better. Juno has it if you want to hear samples.
