The Boys Are Live
The Pet Shop Boys. Rufus Wainwright singing a Pet Shop Boys track. Robbie Williams singing a PSB track. Francis Barber (from the original cast of Closer to Heaven) dueting with Neil Tennant. Sounds good doesn’t it? And it is! If you didn’t listen to Radio 2 this weekend, you will have missed the fantastic PSB concert for the BBC. On stage with Neil and Chris were the 60 (approx) members of the BBC Concert Orchestra with music direction by the legendary Trevor Horn.
Featuring classic PSB tracks and tracks from Fundamental, the concert was a wonderful showcase for the songwriting talents of the boys.

PSB are doing really great PopMusic again and the Versions of Robbie and Rufus (I will listen to Frances now, too) are awesome.
